Real easy to use - roll both sides of the blade on each side of the sharpening stone.
Do it 3 or 4 times each side, and your blade will be sharp as. It's a good idea to use a damp cloth beneath the sharpener so that it rolls and doesn't slip. Much faster than using a stone, or a butchers sharpening stick.
